This florist was phenomenal! Service is incredible. I ordered an arrangement for a family member in the ICU, not knowing the ICU does not allow fresh flowers. Immediately after order placement online (since I live in another state than where the family member is located) a member of the customer service team contacted me to let me of this ICU rule and kindly gave me options in lieu of the fresh flowers. Immediately my order was updated (to bear and balloon) and I received confirmation when the order was delivered. Later that day of delivery, a family member reached out to let me know that an artificial flower arrangement along with the bear and balloon was delivered. I was in total shock that florist went above and beyond to make flowers happen and found a work around. This made me emotional knowing the critical condition of my family member and me in another state. This florist is incredible!
